Must be a disciple of Christ, with 3-5 years programming experience and a willingness to live on-site. To minister through developing, implementing, overseeing, and evaluating all programming, and all events on-site, in a team ministry setting. This means design schedules, develop, maintain, promote, recruit, supervise and evaluate activities, volunteers, and staff.  Specific duties include, but are not limited to: retreat and rental groups, off-site Pioneer events, and summer camp programs.
