There are different weekly themes, including spy camp, on stage performing arts, experiments in science, get your game on sports camp, wilderness explorer camp, and culinary arts. Each camp goes on connected field trips, like the zoo, the aquarium, spending the day at the park, and starting a community garden. The fields are set-up for all ages and there is safety briefing before all games, so you know the young ones will be safe. The park is owned by a non-profit that wanted a safe place for at-risk kids and their families to play sports, volunteer, and stay educated.
