Head back to the Old West at Coleman Country Day Camp, a country-style community that includes tennis courts, swimming pools, horseback riding trails, an arts facility, boating pond, and much more. Pioneer camp is for nursery school through kindergarten ages and puts sixteen campers with five counselors. The day includes sports, lunch, arts and crafts, swimming, and boating. Other programs for kids go all the way up to 8th grade.
Steal the show at Merrick Theatre Summer Camp, which offers a morning, afternoon, and full day session of fine arts for kids. The morning session is a theatre arts camp that teaches dance, vocals, improv, and arts and crafts. Join the afternoon session for a performance camp that focuses on putting on a production, like Footloose. The full day is a combination of both these camps and includes a catered lunch.
Escape to the woods at Merrick Woods, where kids of all ages go to enjoy the outdoors and take part in a variety of fun activities! The camp has three heated pools and campers get two swims a day, as well as life-saving instruction. Sports classes include zip-line, beach volleyball, baseball, and a climbing tower. At the end of each day, campers have club, where they can choose their own special activity like drama, hockey, cheerleading, nature, tutoring, or ceramics.
